Article 1 – Definitions

 

 

• Entrepreneur: Saliyas Collection

• Customer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business

• Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded via the webshop

• Right of Withdrawal: the right to cancel within the statutory cooling-off period

 

 

 

Article 2 – Applicability

 

 

• These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.

• Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

 

 

 

Article 3 – The Offer

 

 

• Products are described completely and accurately.

• Errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

• The offer is valid while supplies last.

 

 

 

Article 4 – The Agreement

 

 

• The agreement is established once the order is confirmed.

• The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order in case of doubt regarding the information provided.

 

 

 

Article 5 – Prices and Payments

 

 

• All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

• Payment must be made using the offered payment methods.

• Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

 

 

 

Article 6 – Delivery

• Defects must be reported within a reasonable period.

• Free repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in the case of a valid complaint.

 

 

 

Article 10 – Liability

 

 

• The entrepreneur is not liable for misuse of products.

• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

 

 

Article 11 – Complaints Procedure

• Complaints will be handled within 14 days.

 

 

 

Article 12 – Applicable Law

 

 

• Dutch law applies to all agreements.

• Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the entrepreneur’s place of business.
